You can send up to €2,000 (crypto equivalent) per Pay transfer to another user, subject to account verification and product limits.

Which stablecoins can I use for remittances?

You can send supported stablecoins available in your NexovaleCapital wallet, including MiCA-regulated EMTs such as USDC and EURC where listed.

How fast do remittances arrive?

Pay transfers between NexovaleCapital users are credited instantly once submitted. If the recipient does not have an account, they have 7 days to register and claim the transfer.

Can I send money to someone without a NexovaleCapital account?

Yes. Send using their email or phone. They receive a notification and invitation; funds are reserved for 7 days until they create and verify an account.

How much does it cost to send remittances with NexovaleCapital Pay?

NexovaleCapital Pay charges no commission for transfers between NexovaleCapital users. You only pay the network or conversion costs that apply to your chosen asset. Traditional remittance providers often charge 3–8% plus flat fees — our calculator shows indicative savings.

Is NexovaleCapital Pay safe for international transfers?

NexovaleCapital is a MiCA-licensed CASP supervised by the CNMV. Pay transfers require a verified account, apply transparent limits and use regulated EMT stablecoins where available. Funds are held on NexovaleCapital infrastructure with industry-standard security controls.

What is the difference between Pay remittances and a traditional wire transfer?

Traditional wires can take days and include opaque FX spreads and fees. With NexovaleCapital Pay you send regulated stablecoins to another user by phone, email or alias — typically in under a minute, with transparent limits and no Pay commission between users.

Can I fund remittances with euros or only stablecoins?

You can top up your NexovaleCapital account with euros via bank transfer (PSD2) or use crypto you already hold, then convert to a supported stablecoin such as USDC or EURC before sending via Pay.

What happens if the recipient does not claim the transfer within 7 days?

If the recipient has no NexovaleCapital account, funds are reserved for 7 days while we notify them by email or SMS. If they do not register and verify in time, the reserved amount is returned to your wallet according to our Pay terms.

To receive a payment through NexovaleCapital Pay, you must have a registered and verified user account. If you have been sent a payment and you do not have an account, the funds will be assigned to your email or phone for 7 days. You have that time frame (7 days) to create an account with the email or phone with which you received the notification. As soon as you create and verify your account, the system will automatically assign the pending funds to you.

Funds sent through NexovaleCapital Pay are automatically credited to the recipient's Wallet.

For these transfers to be automatically assigned, it is necessary that the transfer is made to the phone number, email, or alias with which the recipient's account is registered on NexovaleCapital.

When funds are sent through NexovaleCapital Pay, the recipient will receive an email (if sent by indicating the email), an SMS (if sent by indicating the phone number), or a notification in the recipient's account if sent by indicating the alias, informing about the deposit received.

To send cryptocurrencies through NexovaleCapital Pay, you must follow these steps:

1. Press the operations button (blue square) that you will find in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if you access from the app, or in the top right corner if you access from the Web.

2. From the available options, press "Withdraw".

3. Select "send crypto".

4. Choose the option "Send to NexovaleCapital user".

5. Choose from the list the cryptocurrency you wish to send.

6. In the form that will appear, you must indicate:

The amount you wish to send. You can press Max. if you want to send the entire balance of the selected currency.
Select a sending option: Phone number, email, or user alias.
Enter the corresponding data for the sending option you have selected.

7. Press the SUBMIT button
